Getting your profiles
ready to
back up the strategy.

A refresh of Rachel's Facebook Page, plus a full setup guide for the new Instagram. The small updates and the exact copy we'd put in place.

Let's get into it
01 / Facebook

Facebook. Good bones, a few refreshes.

Rachel's Facebook Page is already set up well overall, so this is a light touch job. A handful of updates to bring the visuals and copy in line with the new strategy and imagery.

Facebook Six updates
🖼️
Refresh profile image

Replace the current profile photo with one of Rachel's new professional images, cropped closer so she's easily recognisable at a small size.

📷
Refresh cover image

Update the cover using Rachel's new photography and refreshed social look and feel. Keep it image-led, clean and minimal, Rachel-focused, and consistent with Property Brokers branding. This is also a good place to subtly reinforce Ring Rach.

✏️
Refresh intro/bio

The current Interior Design positioning is strong and worth keeping. The supporting copy just needs an update to better reflect Rachel's current direction.

Suggested copy "What do you get when you mix an Interior Designer and Real Estate salesperson? Rachel Gray Real Estate ✨

Whanganui residential + lifestyle real estate. Creative thinking. Personal approach. Local knowledge."

Add Instagram once live

Once Rachel's Instagram is created, connect it to the Facebook Page and make sure both accounts are linked correctly in Meta Business Suite.

📞
Confirm CTA button

Set or confirm the main Facebook CTA as Call Now. This works naturally with the Ring Rach positioning.

📌
Refresh Featured

The current Featured content is older. Once the refreshed strategy launches, replace this with something more current and representative of Rachel now.

02 / Instagram

Instagram. Set up right from day one.

A new account, built as a Professional Business Account from launch. This is the exact setup, wording and structure to get it live and looking sharp from the first post.

Highlights

Keep Highlights minimal and easy to maintain: Rach | Homes | Sold | Reviews | Whanganui. These can be built out gradually once there's enough content to populate them properly.

Get these live,
then let's launch.

Once Facebook is refreshed and Instagram is set up, both profiles will be ready to carry the new strategy and content plan.
